Update Account Info
To update your name, email, location, or profile:
1. Go to your Your Account
2. Update the information in the appropriate fields
3. Click the Update button

To remove your profile image:
1. Go to your Your Account
2. Click the "Check here to remove image" checkbox 3. Click the Update button

To remove your location:
1. Go to your Your Account
2. Delete the content of the City and/or State fields
3. Click the Update button

You cannot remove your first or last name. This allows your friends and family to know you are a guest on the the trip.

To change your account password:
1. Go to your Your Account
2. Click the Change button under Password 3. Follow the prompts to update your password

Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, we can email you a link to reset your password.
1. Go to password reset page
2. Enter the email address for your Crowdanize account and click the Password Reset button
3. Check your email for the password reset email. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk folders.
4. Click the link in the email and follow prompts to reset your password
5. You will then be prompted to log in with the new password
Create a Household
If you have other people, such as kids or adults without Crowdanize accounts, and would like to have them represented on the trip as a guest, create a household and add them as a Subaccount. You will have full access to manage their trip information, like seeing their specific trip itinerary and budget. You can even others, who already have accounts, to your Household to allow them to also see and manage the Household's trip information.

Creating a Household allows you to see budget and packing list information by Household vs individual accounts. It will also allow you to easily add members of your Household to a trip without having to send them an invitation.

To create a Household:
1. Go to your Household home
2. Enter the name of your household. For example, The Nemeroff Family or The O'Donnells
3. Click the Create button
Add Members to Your Household
To represent someone as a guest on a trip without them having to create a Crowdanize account, such as your kids, you can create a sSubaccount that you will be able to manage. You can also add Crowdanize account holders, like a partner, to your Household.
In order to add members, you must create a Household first.

To create a Subaccount in your Household:
1. Go to your Household home
2. Under the Add a Subaccount section, enter the first and last name of the person you want represented
3. Click the Add New Member button

To add another Crowdanize account to your Household:
1. Go to your Household home
2. Under the Add Another Account section, enter the email address associated with the account you want to add
3. Click the Add New Member button
Promote a Subaccount to a Crowdanize User Account
If you want to change a Subaccount to a Crowdanize User Account, you can promote their account. This will allow that person to create a login for Crowdanize account and manage their own trip information. The historical data associated with the Subaccount will be preserved.

To promote a Subaccount:
1. Go to your Household home
2. Under the Members section, click Update next to the Subaccount you want to promote
3. Add the person's email address and click the Promote button
4. That person can now sign up for a Crowdanize account using that email address and they will be automatically linked to the Subaccount
Once a Subaccount is promoted, you will no longer be able to update thier profile information. You also will not be able to manage or view their trip information unless you are also a guest on the trip.
Remove a household member
To remove a household member:
1. Go to your Household home
2. Under the Members section, click the next to the member you want to remove
If you remove a Subaccount, the information associated with that Subaccount will be permanently deleted.

If you remove yourself from a Household, you will not be able to access that household or their trip information, even if you created the household.
Close Your Account
To close your Crowdanize User Account:
1. Go to Your Account home
2. Click the Delete Account button and follow prompts to remove your account.
All information associated with your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Email Notifications
To manage your email notifications:
1. Go to Email Notifications
2. Update which emails you would like to receive or stop and click the Update button
You will still receive account related emails, such as Password Reset emails.
Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from emails:
1. Go to Unsubscribe
2. Enter your email address and click the Unsubscribe button
If you are a user of Crowdanize, you will still receive account related emails. You can re-enable emails by updating your Email Notifications settings.

If you are not a user of Crowdanize, you will no longer recieve invitations to join trips. To remove yourself from the unsubscribe list, please Contact Us.
